production the designer of tiny grains of sand
planted in subconscious mind

You hear it in the grocery store
you hear it on TV
You hear it on your walkman on station 93
Even when you're all alone
it creeps into your mind, such a crime

You hear it in the elevator and on the telephone
a sound designed to catch your mind
with computer drone
hook you with desire
for things that you don't need
It'll make you bleed

Could it be the sounds around
have all been bought and sold

for corrupted chunks of gold

Creation is the finest expression of a man
searching for a medium upon which he can land
refusing to be programmed
by computers master plan
